feat(case): 清洗任务日志只保留页面内存，移除历史入口

- 导入文件页移除「任务日志」按钮与抽屉组件
- 进度页不再落 localStorage，页面退出即清空日志
- 进入进度页时清理旧版本遗留的 case_clean_task_log
- 刷新页面不再恢复历史日志；进度与统计快照保留
